Our story

It started with our father.

Sincere In-Home Care began the way most families start — figuring out how to care for our own father at home.

Why we started

When I was 19, my father made one thing clear: he wanted to remain on his ranch, in the place he knew and loved.

We agreed that home was where he belonged. We believed then, as we do today, that dignity is one of the cornerstones of a life well lived, and that growing older should never mean giving up the comfort, independence, and connection that make a place feel like home.

It was during that time that I realized care could be different. It could be consistent, compassionate, and deeply personal, while allowing someone to continue living life on their own terms.

That experience became the foundation for Sincere In-Home Care. Today, we care for every client with the same commitment we wanted for our father: dependable care, familiar faces, and the freedom to remain at home surrounded by the people, places, and memories that matter most.

How we work with families

Warm and unhurried

We talk the way we would at a kitchen table. No jargon, no pressure, no sales language. Families who reach out are usually tired and worried — our job is to make the next step feel simple.

Plain and credible

We say what we do and we do it. No superlatives, no promises we cannot keep. Simple facts earn more trust than big claims, especially from people who have been let down before.

Respectful and grounded

We never talk down to the person receiving care. Every client is someone's parent, grandparent, spouse or best friend, and we treat them the way we would want our own treated.

We would be glad to hear about your family.

Tell us what is going on at home. We will listen, answer your questions and explain the options — no pressure, no obligation.
